Waste in, living soil out
Every bag starts as something that would otherwise be burnt, dumped or left to rot, and ends as soil that grows food.
The loop
Nothing is wasted along the way. The scraps of one garden feed the next.
- Dairy waste
- Earthworms
- Castings
- Crops
- Scraps
What changes
Waste becomes a resource
Dairy dung and crop residue that would be burnt or left to rot become living soil, instead of smoke and methane.
Soil gets better, not just fed
Castings add organic matter and microbes, so soil holds more water and needs less rescuing each season.
Less chemical fertiliser
As soil recovers, growers can cut back on synthetic inputs, which means cleaner water and lower costs.
Local work, fair work
The beds employ people near the farms that supply the feed, and keep value in the villages around them.
Soil is the point
Healthy soil holds water, stores carbon and feeds crops without constant rescue. Our work is to put back the organic matter and life that tired soil has lost, and to do it from waste that has nowhere better to go.
We will publish measured figures here as we gather them, so you can see the effect for yourself.

Every pack closes it a little more.
