Standard bulk terms
The usual terms for bulk buyers in India. Prices and dates are in your written quotation.
- Minimum order
- 100 kg. Pallet and truck loads are quoted for the quantity and the destination.
- Pack formats
- 25 kg and 50 kg stitched woven sacks, palletised and stretch-wrapped. Loose bulk by the tonne on request.
- Quotation
- Written, with delivery included as a fixed amount, valid for 15 days. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the rate in force.
- Payment
- In advance for new buyers, by bank transfer or UPI. Credit terms can be agreed for regular accounts.
- Dispatch
- Within 5 to 10 working days of the order being confirmed and payment received. Larger volumes are scheduled with you.
- Delivery
- Ex-works from our unit, or delivered to your site by road at the delivery amount in your quotation.
- Claims
- Report damage or shortage in writing, with photos, within 7 days of delivery. We replace the affected goods or refund them, as you prefer.
